Return & Cancellation Policies
Have You Changed Your Mind or Is It Not What You Expected?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from CupidIntimates.com. If you’re not, you may return a non-Clearance item within 30 days of its original shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price (plus any sales tax we charged), less the original shipping fees. Garments should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Unfortunately, panties that have been tried on cannot be returned. Please complete and include the Returns Form to ensure proper credit. Returns of non-Clearance items purchased as gifts for you must be performed by the original purchaser.
We’re sorry, but we cannot assume your cost for shipping the non-Clearance item back to us. This is true even if you did not originally pay for shipping when you purchased this item because it was part of an in-stock merchandise order totaling $50.00 or more.
Also, merchandise purchased from CupidIntimates.com cannot be returned to other retailers who carry Cupid Intimates’ products. And items purchased from our retail partners are best returned directly to them for the most efficient refund possible.
And, please note that CupidIntimates.com cannot process “Exchange Transactions.” If you’d like to “exchange” one item you purchased for one of a different category, style, size, and/or color, please return the first item and purchase the replacement as two separate transactions.
Did You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order?
If we goof, CupidIntimates.com will pay for the shipping fees associated with returning any non-Clearance items that arrive to you damaged, defective, or incorrect (a style, size, or color you did not order), send you a replacement item, and pay for the cost to ship the replacement item back to you. If you’ve received any such order, please contact our Customer Service staff at 1-800-273-1659 prior to returning the item so that we can assist you in correcting our mistake. Please have your order number, and a detailed description of the damage, defect, or error, available for your call.
Clearance Sale Items
Once purchased and shipped, any item identified and discounted as a Clearance Sale item may NOT be returned for any reason unless an item you did not order (one of the wrong style, size, or color) is sent to you by mistake. If this occurs, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph. The correct Clearance Sale item will be sent to you.
Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 2 business weeks of our receipt of the returned, non-Clearance merchandise. Credit for returned gifts will be issued to the form of payment used by the original purchaser. Please allow up to 2 statement periods for a refund to appear on the appropriate billing statement.
Clearance Sale Items
Once purchased and shipped, CupidIntimates.com will NOT issue a refund of the purchase price, and any associated sales tax and/or shipping fee for any item identified and discounted as a Clearance Sale item. Any incorrectly-filled orders will be rectified at no additional charge.
Orders may be cancelled any time before 9 AM Central Time following the time the order was placed. To cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-273-1659. After 9 AM Central Time, non-Clearance merchandise will ship as ordered, and must be received by you and returned to us in order for credit to be issued.
Clearance Sale Items
An order for any item identified and discounted as a Clearance Sale item may be cancelled any time before 9 AM Central Time following the time the order was placed. To cancel the order, please call us at 1-800-273-1659. However, after the 9 AM Central Time deadline, the merchandise will ship as ordered and will NOT be eligible for return (unless the wrong item is sent) or for a refund of the purchase price, sales tax, and/or shipping fee.
To return a non-Clearance item purchased from CupidIntimates.com for a refund, please follow these steps.
1. Send the item back to us, along with a completed Returns Form (detached from your invoice), to the address listed below. Make sure to include the reason for your return. The Returns Form is included with all of our deliveries, or you may print and use our blank Returns Form linked below.
2. Ensure all original tags remain attached to the garment and include the internal product packaging that arrived with the item.
3. Mail your package using any prepaid, insurable, traceable method to ensure proper delivery to us.
4. Use our pre-addressed label included on the original Returns Form, or address your package to:

5. Remove any other labels from the outside of your package, as they could disrupt the delivery of it to us.
Cupid Intimates is required by law to collect any state, county, and/or local sales taxes applicable to CupidIntimates.com purchases made in states where our company has a physical nexus or connection with the associated taxing jurisdictions (i.e., we’ve established such a connection because our offices, employees, warehouses, stored inventory, and/or affiliates are located there). Cupid Intimates is also required by law to collect such sales taxes where our company has an economic nexus or connection with the associated taxing jurisdictions (i.e., we’ve established such a connection because the number of our retail transactions, or the dollar amount of those retail transactions, passes that state’s codified thresholds for the number, or dollar amount, of those transactions). For all orders that qualify, we’ll determine the sales tax and add it to the purchase total. In the event that a non-Clearance item from such an order is returned to us, we’ll refund this sales tax, along with the item’s original purchase price.
PLEASE NOTE: Though we’re currently only obligated to charge sales tax on orders when we’ve establish a physical or economic nexus, you may still be obligated to pay sales/use tax on your online purchase to your state, county, and/or local tax authority even when sales tax isn’t applied to your order by us.
