We always want you to be satisfied with our products. If you're not happy with a newly-purchased item, we suggest you return it to your retailer for the most efficient, immediate refund possible.
However, Cupid Intimates stands behind the quality and function of its garments. If you believe that one of our products has failed to perform as expected, and you're unable to return it to our retail partner, please call us at 1-877-649-5283. We'll make arrangements for you to send it back to us, and for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement is no longer available, we'll refund your purchase price via check within 3-4 business weeks of our receipt of the item. We'll do our best to cover the cost to you of shipping the item back to us.
To help us meet your expectations, when you call please be ready to describe the problem and provide the garment's style number. We'll also ask for your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. The original purchase receipt, or approximate date and place of purchase, won't be necessary, but will be helpful in speeding your request.
