Return Policy

Have You Changed Your Mind or Is It Not What You Expected?

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from cupidintimates.com.  If you’re not, you may return the item within 30 days of its original shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price (plus any sales tax we charged), less the original shipping and handling fees.  Garments should be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.  Unfortunately, panties that have been tried on cannot be returned.  Please complete and include the Returns Form to ensure proper credit. Returns of items purchased as gifts for you must be performed by the original purchaser.

We’re sorry, but we cannot assume your cost for shipping the item back to us. This is true even if you did not originally pay for shipping when you purchased the item because it was part of an in-stock merchandise order totaling $75.00 or more.

Also, merchandise purchased from cupidintimates.com cannot be returned to other retailers who carry Cupid Intimates’ products.  And items purchased from our retail partners are best returned directly to them for the most efficient refund possible.

Did You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order?

If we goof, cupidintimates.com will pay for the shipping fees associated with returning any orders that arrive to you damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), send you a replacement item, and pay for the cost to ship the replacement item back to you.  If you’ve received any such order, please contact our Customer Service staff at 1-800-273-1659 prior to returning the item so that we can assist you in correcting our mistake.  Please have your order number, and a detailed description of the damage, defect, or error, available for your call.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 2 business weeks of our receipt of the returned merchandise.  Credit for returned gifts will be issued to the form of payment used by the original purchaser.  Please allow up to 2 statement periods for a refund to appear on the appropriate billing statement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or changed anytime before 12 noon central time following the time the order was placed. To cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-273-1659.  After 12 noon central time, merchandise will ship as ordered, and must be received by you and returned to us in order for credit to be issued.

Return Procedures

To return an item purchased from cupidintimates.com for a refund, please follow these steps.

1. Send the item back to us, along with a completed Returns Form (detached from your invoice), to the address listed below.  Make sure to include the reason for your return.  The Returns Form is included with all of our deliveries, or you may print and use our blank Returns Form linked below.

2. Ensure all original tags remain attached to the garment and include the internal product packaging that arrived with the item.

3. Mail your package using any prepaid, insurable, traceable method to ensure proper delivery to us.

4. Use our pre-addressed label included on the original Returns Form, or address your package to:

5. Remove any other labels from the outside of your package, as they could disrupt the delivery of it to us.

Sales Tax Policy

Cupid Intimates is required by law to collect any state, county, and local sales taxes applicable to cupidintimates.com purchases made in states in which we primarily do business.  Currently, orders for delivery to Oklahoma and some for delivery to New York State are the only ones which qualify for such treatment.  For these orders, we’ll determine the tax and add it to the purchase total.  In the event such orders are returned to us, we’ll refund this tax, along with the item’s original purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE: Though we’re currently only obligated to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Oklahoma, and some shipped to New York State, you may still be obligated to pay sales/use tax on your online purchase to your state, county, and/or local tax authority even when sales tax is not applied to your order.  Please visit your state taxing authority’s website for more information.
